You have a 250 million budget to buy 20 велогонщики of which you think are going to win the most points in the Fantasy Tour de France (budget) 2014.

You can win points for every stage and for the General Classification. Example: When one of your riders becomes 2nd in a stage, he receives 40 points. When another rider of your team becomes 4th, you will receive another 30 points, etc. The details of the points can be found under the "Points" header.
